We are looking for a Java Support Engineer with excellent debugging, troubleshooting and communication skills in enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of an open and talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Java Support Engineer roles and responsibilities include managing Java, spring boot applications debug and troubleshoot.
1) Java Support Engineer responsibilities include debugging and troubleshooting an application and should be able to provide detailed analysis of an issue.
2) Java Support Engineer will be interacting with our clients as well all over the globe on need basis, so should have good communication skills
3)Java Support Engineer should be abe to debug and provide Detailed RCA(Root Cause Analysis) from an Incident.
4) Java Support Engineer should be able to Understand the code flow and application functions from development team(Hand over) to enure smooth running of application and new functionalities.
5)SLA adherence is must with respect to keeping clients happy
6)Java Support Engineer Should be an excellent team player and should be able to take responsibility for an issue till the end until resolved.
7)Java Support Engineer should be willing to work in shifts
8)Java Support Engineer should be able to handle issues coming from different channels , investigate and reply in time.
B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc.(Computer), BCA, MTech, MCA, MS/M.Sc.(Computer Science)
Minimum 2 Years as L2 or L3 s Engineer or Java Developer
1) Previous working experience in Java L2 support Engineer or development
2)Having experience on splunk or ELK
3)Good knowlede on writing Database queries to analyze the data.
4)Excellent debugging skills, Strong reasoning and analytical abilities
5)Good Communication skills
6)Should be flexible to work in Shifts.
Good to have
1)Experience in Monitoring tools like grafana , Nagios etc
2)Experience in supporting services of back-end technologies like Spring,hibernate etc
