- Own complete and independent development of assigned tasks to launch new products or iterate over existing features.
- Own technical design for projects of moderate complexity
- You will implement cutting-edge technologies and will be writing state-of-the-art code to keep Loadshare at the cutting edge of current technology.
- Innovating new / unique ways to solve known and unknown problems.
- Using independent judgment in selection of alternative courses of action.
- Deliver products to QA that they believe are well-baked and bug-free.
- Assist QA in identifying and validating test cases and can identify regression risks in their features.
- Participate extensively in code reviews, and mentor others via code reviews and pairing.
