Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer onboarding process
- Qualify, Capture and Convert leads
- Governance of CS process and ensure compliance
- Engagement strategy for all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics & clientele.
- Liaise with Account managers, Delivery teams, and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Implement CS strategies
- Plan and Coordinate for Roadshows and client engagement
- Run email marketing campaigns and reach outs.
Candidate needs to have –
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field
- 7+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client success position
- Working knowledge at least one CRM tool.
- Excellent skills on MS PowerPoint, Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in sales roles would be an advantage
