Job Description
- Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process
- Qualify leads from all parties and ensure leads are captured and converted.
- Provide end-to-end support through our client journey
- Monitor overall governance of our process and ensure compliance
- Meet customers regularly to discuss their evolving needs
- Ensure engagement strategies for all client stakeholders are maintained and executed.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics & clientele.
- Liaise with Account managers, Delivery teams, recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Implement our strategies as mandated by the leadership.
- Plan and Coordinate for Roadshows and client engagement
- Run email marketing campaigns and reach outs.
- Be the custodian to manage all contracts and ensure timely renewals.
Your candidature –
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field
- 7+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client success position
- Experience of Market Research services
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Excellent skills on MS PowerPoint, Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in sales roles would be an advantage
