We are looking to hire Campus Recruiting Leader for India.
- The individual will set the strategy to successfully support emerging talent programs and meet talent needs across the Organization.
- You will partner with senior level stakeholders to ensure continued alignment between the business and recruiting.
- Set global strategy, proactively manage budget and partner on operational processes with routine focus on compliance and management of risk.
- Determine best processes, programs, and policies to evolve and shape the future direction of campus recruitment efforts
- Build internal and external partnerships to ensure a diverse source of early talent across university partners and partnership organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to broaden our diversity pipeline.
- Leverage data and analytics to proactively evaluate effectiveness of sourcing channels
- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.
What we are looking for –
- Talent experience with and knowledge of campus recruiting practices, processes and technologies
- demonstrated success in leading teams, talent management and development and coaching
- The ability to build strong and influential relationships across all levels of an organization with a results-driven approach
- A continuous learner with demonstrated successes in staying agile and comfortable navigating through complexity
